摘要：2021逆境而生的KUMOKUMO品牌总部，位于长寿路652号工业历史建筑集群，独栋建筑为1922年建造，年轻品牌选择与百年历史建筑相遇，我想这应该是KUMOKUMO创始人对企业品牌的期许。

  2021逆境而生的KUMOKUMO品牌总部，位于长寿路652号工业历史建筑集群，独栋建筑为1922年建造，年轻品牌选择与百年历史建筑相遇，我想这应该是KUMOKUMO创始人对企业品牌的期许。

  2021 Kumokumo brand headquarters, located at 652 longevity road industrial historical building cluster, single building built in 1922, the young brand chose to meet the century old historical building, I think this is Kumokumo founder of the enterprise brand expectations。

  整栋洋房分为三层，一层为接待、对外多功能区、品牌实验室；二层为办公核心区；三层为品牌创始人办公及会议接待等功能。由于老办公室的拆迁期限将近，变成新办公室的使用迫在眉睫；在迅速梳理功能后，设计同步勘察了现场，经过商讨，决定针对二层核心办公区采用手绘图设计，并在现场手稿交底开工，2周后部分搬迁确保了正常办公。

  The House is divided into three floors, the first floor for reception, external multi-functional area, brand laboratory; the second floor for the office core area; the third floor for the founder of the brand office and conference reception functions. As the demolition deadline for the old office is approaching, the use of the new office is imminent; after a quick sorting function, the design synchronized site survey, after discussion, decided to use hand-drawn design for the core office area on the second floor, and on-site manuscript to start, 2 weeks after the partial relocation to ensure the normal office。

  没有了太紧的时间压力，同时也给予了少许设计思考的时间，整栋建筑分上下三层，那么楼梯就是重要的垂直动线，由于是历史建筑，楼梯的位置不能动，寻找空间的秩序成为了设计的切入点，经过在尺度上反复推敲，最后通过结合功能展示做出了由一层至三层的立体魔幻动线楼梯，工作上下班身临其境，犹如行走在T台般的仪式感。

  There is no too tight time pressure, but also gives a little time for design thinking. The whole building is divided into three levels, so the staircase is an important vertical moving line. Since it is a historical building, the position of the staircase can not be moved, looking for the order of the space became the starting point of the design, after repeated consideration on the scale, finally through the combination of functional display made from the first floor to the third floor of the three-dimensional magic line staircase, work to and from work in real life, it’s like walking down a runway。

  在解决层高问题上采用了三中方案，分别为：1、大厅天花采用镜面处理，结合墙面局部镜面反射，营造出盗梦接待空间；2、二层选择裸顶，对功能性设备走线及寻找结构关系作为设计要点，如会议的照明设计采用多折弯射灯与结构钢梁融为一体；3、三层顶面则是在拆除老旧后给设计最惊喜的地方，原始杨松结构内屋面坡顶及金属人字梁渗透着1922年至今的厚重历史气息，这股气息成为了三层设计的衍生点，选择部分裸露坡屋顶后，在空间中还寻找了6个点位，设计了6根半圆柱来支撑人字梁，形成了一股能牢牢托住这个气息的力量。

  To solve the problem of floor height, three solutions were adopted: 1. The ceiling of the hall was treated with Mirror surface, combined with local mirror reflection of the wall surface, to create a dream stealing reception space; 2, for example, the conference lighting design uses multi-bend spotlights and structural steel beams as a whole. 3, the top of the three floors is the most surprising place for the design after dismantling the old, the slope roof and the metal herringbone beams of the original Yang Song structure are permeated with the heavy historical atmosphere from 1922 to the present, which has become the derivation point of the three-tier design. After selecting part of the exposed slope roof, we have also searched for six spots in the space, six semicircular columns were designed to support the herringbone beams, creating a force that could hold the breath。
