OUTSTANDING PROPERTY AWARD
伦敦杰出地产大奖OUTSTANDING PROPERTY AWARD LONDON(OPAL)属于全球化的赛事,由全球驰名的FarmaniGroup创立,该评选是一项支持和表彰全球高端室内设计、建筑及房地产开发人才的国际奖项,旨在世界范围内祝贺并奖励这三个领域最卓越的项目创意与工艺。
OPAL大奖的奖项评审团是由国际房地产行业、以及设计行业的专业人员组成。OPAL奖的设立,可以说是填补了全球地产类标杆性奖项的空白,也保证了每份入选作品都具有极高的专业含金量。
严苛的评选机制及国际化、多元化的评委组成体现了OPAL对设计品质的极致追求,获得该奖即证明其设计作品是行业内首屈一指的佳作。

设计的灵感来自于中国传统诗词和水墨画的“留白”技法,我们提倡设计师不应过度将自己的表达强加于客户,而应该充分留白,为居住者的生活做出预留空间,让住宅可以载满生活的痕迹,譬如孩子的涂鸦、旅途中的纪念品、家庭的美好瞬间等,让空间记录情感。
This designing was inspired by the Chinese traditional poetry and a ink painting technique "Leaving Blank". We advocate that designers should not impose their own expression on customers excessively, but should leave enough blank to reserve space for the lives of residents. The house should be filled with traces of life, such as children's graffiti, souvenirs from the journey, beautiful moments of the family, etc. The space should be a recorder for emotions.
该项目除了留白,设计师的核心设计理念是对4.5m空高的极致利用。由于除去楼板之后,实际可利用空高只有4.1m左右,为此设计师基于空间功能、动线、收纳的精准把控,实现了首层与二层高低结合的空高构成,使得空间不再压抑。
Except for the “leaving blank”, the entire purpose of the designer is the extreme utilization of the 4.5m air height. Because of the actual available air height is only 4.1m, the designer controls the balance between the spatial function, moving line and storage to realize the space height composition of the combination of the two floors, so that the space is no longer oppressive.

本案是一个针对购房业主的精装修交付展示样板间,位于武汉经济开发区的核心地段,拥有一线湖景和良好的生态环境。在过去30年,这里曾经是外籍专家的度假疗养区,如今,成为了城市高端人居的标杆项目。
This case is a decoration model house, located in the core of Wuhan Economic Development zone, with a lake view and good ecological environment. In the past 30 years, it was once a resort for foreign experts, and now it has become a benchmark project for high-end residential areas in the city.
本案所追求的是“去风格化”的实用美学,真正站在业主的角度来考虑样板间设计,不会在硬装和软装方面表现出太多的个性,风格百搭又实用耐用,具备有较强的兼容性。业主在收到房子后,可根据自己的喜好来装修软装,这样能尽可能的降低后期的拆改率。
This case is the pursuit of "NO STYLE" practical aesthetics, really stand in the owner's point of view to consider the design of the model, will not show too much personality in hard and soft decoration, style and practical and durable, with strong compatibility. After receiving the house, the owner can decorate the soft decoration according to his own preferences, so as to reduce the later demolition rate as much as possible.
