乾正设计ARIZON 作品「维他 左岸」获2017年第十二届“金外滩”最佳景观设计奖

摘要：2017年4月27日，在上海市静安区希尔顿酒店2楼的宴会大厅里，“金外滩”奖颁奖典礼隆重举行，来自全球的数百名设计师集聚一堂。

  2017年4月27日，在上海市静安区希尔顿酒店2楼的宴会大厅里，“金外滩”奖颁奖典礼隆重举行，来自全球的数百名设计师集聚一堂。由美国《室内设计》中文版杂志主办，被誉为设计界的奥斯卡的“金外滩”奖是每个设计师的梦想。相比往届，今年的竞争尤为激烈，吸引了近2000件来自全球各地设计师的作品参赛。

  乾正设计ARIZON最新作品—商业广场项目「VITA  RIVE GAUCHE维他 左岸」从众多参赛作品中突围，赢得了最佳景观设计奖，这是对此案体验式场景营造的最高褒奖。

  「VITA  RIVE GAUCHE维他左岸」，乾正设计ARIZON以成功的体验式场景化商业营造赢得了最佳景观设计奖。

  申俊伟ELSON先生认为，时下的空间体验即是用各种设计手法来营造一个“场域”，让购物中心不止于购物中心，承载如广场、公园、博物馆等公共空间的功能，营造场景，营造独特情感体验专属地，获得客流，引导消费场景产生，将这个“场域”打造成一座复合型城市，大家来此享受生活，社交、发呆、参与其中，其属性已变成生活社交中心。

  该项目位于湖边，设计希望利用地理位置的优势来打打造坐充满独特体验的欧风美食街（整个项目主营业态餐饮之外，也有零售及娱乐\配套（影院及健身中心）。因为传统商业在电商的冲击下，需要向新商业模式大踏步转型，需要去做创新性的新商业，让同质化走向差异化，单一商业形态会走向多元化融合，直观消费将走向独特体验化且具情感共鸣综合场域！

  This project is located near lake. Thedesign is planning to take advantage of the geography characteristic and createa place full of unique experience ——European Gourmet Boulevard (The wholeproject will be running the main commercial form restaurant, as well as theequipped retailing and entertaining commercial forms (movie theater and FitnessCenter)). Since the impact of e-commerce is forcing the traditional commerce totransform into new commercial mode, innovative form of commerce is necessary,to differentiate the homogeneity, to diversify the single commercial form. Theintuitive consumption will inspire unique experience from person to person, yetsentimental resonance will be simultaneously created in this integrated field!

  灵感：巴黎自古以来都以塞纳-马恩省河为界...河的右岸是以商业，娱乐，时尚，购物为主的绝对现代化城市…而河的左岸则是以文化，艺术，古典色彩为主…是巴黎真正的浪漫所在。为此设计师申俊伟先生希望本项目同样有自己独特的气质，赋予它故事，让它与消费者产生一种心灵上的交流，一种情感上的互动。

  Inspiration: TheSeine-Marne river has been the boundary of Paris since history. The rivedroite is an absolute modern city full of commerce, entertainment and fashion,shopping. However the rive gauche is characterized by culture, art and classicpainting, where the essence of Paris Romance truly lies. For this project, thedesigner（Elson） isexpecting to build its own certain disposition, to bear history in it, to letit communicate with the visitors mind to mind and interact spiritually.

  项目的概念为:「漂浮岛」，将整条370米长的街区，主街定义为大街岛空间，可以设置外摆区，来延展商业应用的空间，从而提供一个开放交互的场地。沿水岸的部分定义为水岸岛空间，设计师设计了一条横贯南北并融合多个体验功能的步道空间，如：开放餐吧区、金丝笼秋千广场、灯塔、码头、幸运桥、摩天轮广场、户外BBQ、亲水平台、旋转木马、氧吧空间等。每个功能都与周边的产生紧密的联系。并且人流可以单向南北流动，亦可以通过建筑的方向设置开口流动，让建筑、大街、沿河步道及景观完全融为一体。

  The concept of the project isFloating Island. The whole 370 meters block, as in the mainstreet, is defined as Avenue IslandSpace, where the external set-up is available, for extending thecommercial space and providing an open interacting field. The section along the bank is defined as Water Island Space. The designer set apathway connecting the south and the north, combining several multifunctionalexperiencing spaces, such as: Open Bar, Gold Cage Swing Plaza, The Light House,The Harbor, The Fortune Bridge, SkyWheel Plaza, Outdoor BBQ, Water Platform, Merry-go-round, Oxygen Bar etc..Every function space is closely connected to the surroundings. In addition, thevisitors can move from the south to the north one-way, as well as through theentrances on the building facades, so that the architecture, the boulevard andthe pathway along the river will all merge in one general landscape.

  设计师将项目的项目的三大部分：建筑、大道、水岸景观等，让每个部分充分展现特色意外，又将她们融合为一个整体。

  Thedesigner divides the project into three main sections: Architecture, Boulevard,Rive Landscape. The three section are blended into one unity as well as beingsignified with the specialty of each.

  外部到达项目需要通过多条路桥，设计师对路桥也规划在统一概念之下，并赋予它新的意义，如主桥定义为“幸运桥”，幸运桥,锁住幸福！这是连接维他小镇和左岸欧风街的一座桥，人们来到这里，会在锁上写下自己的名字,许下自己的愿望，把锁锁在桥栏上，钥匙抛入河中，永不打捞。在这里还可以一小杯咖啡可以喝一下午。真的是小小一杯咖啡，意式的。一口就能喝尽。或许周围的人们，就拿着这小小一杯，默默地坐着，看着桥上上演的种种故事和人生，等河边维他左岸的灯光亮起…

  On theoutside, many road bridges are necessary to access the project. The designer isplanning the road bridges under the same general concept, and bestowing it newmeanings as well. For ex-ample the main road bridge is called “The FortuneBridge”. The Fortune Bridge, lock yourself to the Happiness! This is one of thebridges that connect the VITA town to the Rive Gauche Boule-vard. When peoplecome here, they are welcome to write their names down on the lock, then make awish, and lock it up to the bridge fence. The key will be thrown into the riverand never be retrieved. Here a small cup of coffee can also be accompanying youfor a whole afternoon. It will be truly a small cup, of espresso. Bottoms-up inone sip. Maybe the people around will just hold on to this small cup, seated insilence, watching the stories and lives performing on the bridge, waiting forthe VITA RIVE GAUCHE to light up the first sunset lamp…. 

  除此之外，给幸运桥内部的空间设计，设置了多功能：常态休闲功能、节日美食街功能、文化活动功能等，让本来单项功能，向多功能延伸，不但增加了空间利用，同事也为业主增加收益，让项目增值。

  Besides,the inner space of the Fortune Bridge is designed with multi-function: thecommon recreation function, the festival food street function, the cultural activityfunction, so that the original single function area can be diversified. Thespace efficiency is lifted as well as providing the owner with more profit,adding more value to the land.
