  王全聚，现为中国书法家协会会员，天津市书法家协会顾问，天津市中华诗词学会副会长,天津印社艺术顾问。

  王全聚很符合文人书法家标准，是有全面修养的书法家。他学中文出身，学识渊博，写一手漂亮的文章，无论是现代文字、文言文，还是诗词，都写得才情荡漾，为人称道。

  他有深厚的文艺理论功底。退休前任天津市文联理论研究室主任，长期领导天津市的文艺理论工作。尤其对书法理论钻研很深，写了大量理论和评论文章，并成为天津主持文艺学术活动最多的人之一。

  他还是功力深厚的书法家。自幼在父亲指导下学习书法，几十年锲而不舍，真草隶篆兼善，尤以草书和大字行楷见长。他的学书与理论研究同步进行，在 实践中发现问题，进行研究，又在理论研究的基础上推动书艺前进。他治学严谨，反对急功近利，直到最近，他才第一次举办个展，这是献给百岁母亲的“孝道千 秋”书法展。此展盛况空前，电视台有三个栏目做了采访报道，电台做了播放50分钟的访谈，影响很大，是对他书法成就的肯定。(炳学)

  Quanju Wang is a member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, the consultant of Tianjin Calligraphers Association, the vice president of Chinese Poetry Academy of Tianjin and the artistic consultant of Tianjin Seals Society.

  Quanju Wang lives up to the standard of a refined calligrapher, and is comprehensively cultured. With Chinese as his major, Wang is a man of great learning, and writes good articles. His modern articles, classical Chinese articles and poetry are all created with brilliant expression of emotions, which are well acclaimed by people.

  He has a profound theoretical foundation of literature and art. He has worked as the director of Tianjin Literary Federation’s Theoretical Research Office, and has led the theoretical work of literature and art in Tianjin for a long time until his retirement. Due to his in-depth study of calligraphic theories, he has written plenty of relevant theories and review articles. Also he is one of the persons who have hosted the most literary, artistic and academic activities in Tianjin.

  Besides, Wang is also a highly skilled calligrapher. He has learned calligraphy under his father’s guidance from his childhood, and has kept practicing with perseverance for decades. He is good at regular script, cursive script, official script and seal character, and is especially known for his cursive script and running-regular script. His learning of calligraphy and research of theories proceed simultaneously. When problems arise from the practice of calligraphy, he will make a theoretical research on them to improve his calligraphic skills. He is so rigorous in pursuing studies and so opposed to seek quick success that he has held a solo exhibition until recently, a calligraphy exhibition themed “Filial Piety Lasting For Ever” dedicated to his one-hundred-year mother. This exhibition was so grand that three columns of television stations covered this event and the radio station made a 50-minute interview on it, showing the great influence of the exhibition and the acknowledgment of his calligraphic achievement.
